Reporting to the Fund Operations Director, the Operational Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Sixty Degree Capital. This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to the efficiency of both fund operations and administrative functions.

The Operational Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across departments, supporting financial and administrative reporting, and providing essential operational support to the broader team.

• Provide daily administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence management.

• Support the preparation of financial reports 

• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external vendors/partners.

• Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for accounting and administrative purposes.

• Handle office supply management, meeting arrangements, and other clerical duties.

Assist finance and accounting teams with ad-hoc projects when required.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting-related role (preferred).

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Knowledge of using design applications for marketing or presentation tools is an asset.

• Strong presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering internal and external presentations.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin and read Chinese is an asset.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
